Chloe counsels domestic and foreign clients in a wide variety of intellectual property matters with an emphasis in electrical engineering and computer science patent prosecution. Chloe has particular expertise working with wireless technologies, computer networks, signal processing, IoT control systems, machine-learning/artificial intelligence, data management and monitoring technologies, and 3D virtual imaging technologies. Chloe is committed to providing clients with strategic solutions on patent prosecution and technology matters that help clients reach their business goals.
In addition to her legal education and bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chloe earned a master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering with a focus on power optimization for electric vehicles.
