He served as the technology and computer-related subject matter expert at Wagner Blecher, with prosecution work spanning 3D printing, medical devices, mobile and cloud computing, mechanical systems, industrial machinery, manufacturing processes, financial technology, and consumer products. He handled early patent filings for Align Technology, the company behind Invisalign, including tooth-mapping technology and the sequential aligner systems behind its orthodontic treatment plans. David holds a B.S. in Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
