Novak Druce has substantial experience representing clients in Section 337 proceedings before the United States International Trade Commission. Our ITC team consists of a dozen litigators representing clients, both complainants and respondents, in both ITC 337 proceedings and parallel district court litigation.
Novak Druce’s most recent ITC investigation was In the Matter of Certain Optoelectronic Devices, Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same, Investigation No. 337-TA-669 for Complainant Avago Technologies. The Firm achieved a favorable outcome for client Avago Technologies against the Quinn Emanuel and Adduci Mastriani law firms. The ITC issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order and concluded this investigation on July 12, 2010.
