Stephanie R. Wood is an experienced patent litigator and has represented clients in various electrical, biotechnological, mechanical, and chemical technologies. She has practiced extensively before the Court in the Northern District of California and the Eastern District of Texas. She has experience involving intellectual property disputes before the United States International Trade Commission. Ms. Wood is also a member of the firm's nationally recognized reexamination practice.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Wood was an associate at two national law firms in California where she was involved in various intellectual property and commercial litigation matters. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Wood worked as an Applications Engineer in the process measurement industry.
