Wes M. Klimczak’s practice focuses on patent drafting and prosecution, licensing, and performing due diligence for patents and patent portfolios. Wes has experience in the high-tech sector, working on technology dealing with mobile phone applications and internet technology. Wes also provides support to the reexamination and litigation groups.
Prior to joining the firm, Wes gained experience by representing clients in state and federal administrative hearings, state court, and federal court. Wes had the opportunity to first-chair numerous trials in which successful results were achieved for his clients.
Wes is also currently pursuing his master’s degree in computer science.
