While Peter Lalos’ practice centers around all aspects of Intellectual Property law including patent, trademark and copyright prosecution and infringement litigation, it has also grown to incorporate an impressive array of commercial and corporate subject areas. He has practiced before several administrative agencies and tried cases in state and federal court, including most of the Federal Circuits. Over the past 40 years, Mr. Lalos has developed a comprehensive practice built on meeting the legal and business needs of clients ranging from large international and domestic corporations to individual inventors and small business owners.

A large part of Mr. Lalos’ practice involves complex and comprehensive corporate work for his clients. Over the course of his career, Mr. Lalos’ has used his unique mix of technical expertise and an extensive legal background to help technically-oriented companies with a variety of legal issues. Mr. Lalos has served as patent counsel, general counsel, officer and board member for a number of his clients. He has formed corporations, drafted commercial documents, handled real estate transactions and negotiated leases. When called upon, Mr. Lalos has also been involved in recalls and both public and private offerings for some of his corporate clients. Mr. Lalos also performs trademark infringement and dilution litigation for his corporate clients and has lent his expertise to clients in a wide array of other intellectual property issues including the negotiation of license, manufacturing and other agreements and conducts trade secret litigation.
