Kristin Mazovec is responsible for corporate strategy, branding and marketing. She brings fourteen years of
experience in the professional services and telecom industries.
Prior to joining Novak Druce, Ms. Mazovec was most recently the Director of the
Intellectual Property practice for the top ranked and highly regarded
intellectual property practice of Howrey LLP, an AMLAW 100 global law firm.
During her six-year tenure, the practice expanded its global footprint
from eight to seventeen offices and saw revenues grow over 70%. She
managed the marketing efforts of Technology Control Services, Inc. (TCS), a
telecom software company backed by Cisco Systems and Nomura, from its start up
phase through its growth to $30 million in annual revenue. Ms. Mazovec
also worked as part of the marketing team of SBA Communications Corporation.
During this period the company’s revenues tripled and the firm prepared for its
successful IPO. Today it is the leading independent owner and operator of
wireless communications infrastructure in the United States.
