Marylauren N. Ilagan assists with the firm’s patent prosecution and re-examination practice groups. She has experience in the technologies of fluid mechanical systems, engines, biomechanical devices, manufacturing devices, and handheld communication devices.
While in law school, Ms. Ilagan interned as an in-house patent law clerk at various New Hampshire corporations. Her clerkships focused on the areas of patent and trademark prosecution, copyrights, IP portfolio management, trade secrets and litigation, and IP licensing.
Ms. Ilagan earned her J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in Concord, NH and her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on thermodynamics and fluid mechanics from Rice University in Houston, TX.
