Karen Kline’s practice focuses on intellectual property rights including patent, trademark, and copyright procurement and litigation. Ms. Kline’s trademark experience includes all aspects of domestic and international trademarks including their selection, use, protection, enforcement and licensing. She also has participated in patent and trademark disputes in various district courts and before the International Trade Commission.
Prior to law school, Ms. Kline’s experience at the National Institutes of Health included working with Program staff at the National Cancer Institute and Principal Investigators at various research institutions to evaluate, award, and monitor research grant applications.
