Jason Lohr’s practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications, preparing validity and infringement opinions, conducting due diligence searches, preparing trademark and copyright applications, licensing, prosecuting patent reexaminations, performing clearance investigations and providing litigation support.
Mr.
Lohr’s experience includes hardware and software, Internet and database
applications, computer graphics and animation, cloud computing, clean
technologies, Web services, consumer products, data migration and recovery,
networking, e-commerce, electronic gaming and virtual reality, electronics,
semiconductors, optics, plasmas, materials, solar technology, lasers and
medical devices.
Previously, Mr. Lohr worked as a software engineer developing various
e-commerce, database, industrial control and monitoring and Internet
applications. He also worked as an analytical scientist doing materials
research, as well as developing software for surface analysis.
