Dan Mullarkey’s practice focuses on trademark and patent issues, including patent litigation and appeals and trademark litigation and prosecution.
Mr. Mullarkey has experience in trademark litigation, prosecution, clearance and portfolio management. He is a member of the team responsible for managing a major worldwide trademark portfolio. Mr. Mullarkey has contested proceedings experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Mr. Mullarkey litigates patent cases in federal courts throughout the United States and has appellate experience before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.
Prior to attending law school, Mr.
Mullarkey was a policy analyst for the Department of Homeland Security’s
Transportation Security Administration.
