Novak Druce + Quigg LLP Adds Two Partners to Houston Office
“The addition of these attorneys will greatly enhance our capabilities as a firm and their expertise will be of great value to our clients,” said Gregory V. Novak, CEO and Managing Partner of Novak Druce + Quigg.
“Tracy and I have known and worked with Hank for over twenty years. He and I have litigated more than a half dozen patent cases together, always achieving favorable results for our clients. We look forward to working together again as a team and achieving results that exceed our past success for the clients. With Janelle we continue to build on that which our firm is particularly well known -- highly specialized, litigation-driven patent practices like you find in our reexamination group.
With Janelle we now bring a nationally known specialist to lead our interference practice, which will team with our noted reexamination and reissue practices. Janelle will work particularly close with both our firm's Steve Marcus, who for more than a decade worked at the PTO training examiners and handling rule issues regarding interferences and reissues; and with Lissi Marquis, the first Director of the Patent Office’s Central Reexamination Unit.
We are excited to have these highly respected individuals and we know our clients will appreciate the value these folks will add. We are very pleased to welcome Hank and Janelle to our team.”
These attorneys join Novak Druce during a period of marked and continuing growth for the firm. In 2010, Novak Druce added 20 Partners, Associates and IP specialists.
