Novak Druce + Quigg Partner Joe Bain Named "Must-Know Contact" in Palm Beach County

West Palm Beach, FL: West Palm Beach Partner Joe Bain has been named a “Must-Know Contact” in Palm Beach County in the May 2010 edition of Florida Trend magazine.

The “Must-Know Contact” section is part of the Palm Beach County Community Profile that is included in the issue and highlights prominent professionals in the county.

Mr. Bain is the President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, a member of the Business Law Section of The Florida Bar and a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Mr. Bain received his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law, and is Board Certified in Intellectual Property Law by The Florida Bar.  

Mr. Bain’s counseling and IP portfolio management expertise is complemented by nearly 20 years of IP litigation experience in over 100 IP disputes in various district courts throughout the nation and several trials before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Bain has represented clients from a variety of industries and technologies, including high-speed surgical tools and medical devices, cameras, image processing equipment, solar powered lighting systems, fuel cells, power generation turbines, toys, musical equipment, art, books, jewelry, sculpture and software. Mr. Bain’s mechanical engineering studies at Virginia Tech included a focus on bio-medical devices with Dr. Leon Arp—inventor of the Arp respirator.
