In addition, NDQ is fortunate to have an attorney trained and qualified as a UDRP arbitrator for WIPO, who brings a unique perspective to UDRP actions brought on behalf of our clients.
When a simple transfer will not suffice, NDQ can then bring suit under the federal Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act (ACPA) and seek to recover damages in addition to the transfer or cancellation of the domain name.
