Intellectual Property Internship between Baylor College of Medicine and Novak Druce + Quigg LLP
The Intellectual Property Internship with Novak Druce +
Quigg LLP is an 8-10 week program in which a graduate student that
obtained permission to write their thesis works at NDQ full time to obtain
exposure to and experience in intellectual property law. The purpose of the internship is
to provide the student with the opportunity to see if they want to pursue a
career in intellectual property.
The graduate student retains their status as a graduate student at
Baylor College of Medicine during the internship, including for the purposes of
salary and healthcare. The
grant that the student is paid from will be reimbursed for the student’s salary
by the law firm at the completion of the internship.
